- News flash:
- A lawyer fellow who looked up the date of public notice said it was
- Dec 19th, so we have at least until Jan 19th to protest!

- One correction: ALL per-minute charges are being doubled, for
- business as well as personal, so Home ISDN rates won't be higher than
- Business.
